Return policy

Returns in our charge can only be acceptable by registring an RMA request ( and after receiving confirmation by us with email and following the return instructions included.

The return of goods is charged on the customer unless it is our own fault. It is essential that the goods returned carry a copy of the customer receipt or invoice plus contact details of the sender and the reference number of the order if there is one.

Returns can only be acceptable on condition that the products have not been used or unsealed.

Under no circumstances will there be a replacement when the product you have chosen beforehand is no longer of your preference.

For your own convenience, check the condition of the products instantly on delivery so as to avoid possible faults (e.g. damaged / broken product, wrong order, shipment, etc.)

So as to avoid receiving a product which is not in the expected condition.

Regarding money refunds (depending on the type of payment of your order and return) this will be completed within 7 days (except for special cases where it is our fault) from the date of receiving the products and deposited as a credit on your bank account.

In case that a faulty product is found on delivery (with the exception of spare - parts since they have been checked meticulously before shipping) you have the right of return and replacement at our own charge (within 14 days).

Please take into account that in case you miss the 14 - day deadline, our company has the right NOT to accept the transfer charge of the returned product without further notice.
