Product Warranties

• Spare Parts

In all devices ( mobile phones - tablets - Laptops ) spare parts there is warranty of 3 months from the receipt / invoice date.

Be Carefull!!

The warranty on all spare parts may be valid only if the products are in the condition in which they were purchased.

Replacement parts that have been assemblied or subjected to any damage (breakage - scratching - signs of liquids - cut flex cable ) or protective films have benn removed, can not be covered by the warranty *

* spare parts which have been installed by professional technicians, which must be accompanied by the relevant documents proving it, are excluded and are covered by a guarantee after a technical inspection and approval for their correct installation by our company.

**Spare parts, especially Lcds, which are returned due to incorrect customer order, damage to the device motherboard or not used in repair will only be accepted within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. In order for the return to be accepted, a return request (RMA) must be made electronically and the amount will be credited after a technical inspection from our company for the correct operation of the spare part (the time limit for the technical inspection is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt return).

• Batteries

A 6-month time warranty on all mobile phone and tablet batteries is valid from the date of purchase.

All Laptop / Netbooks batteries have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

* Batteries that have been damaged during installation (jabbing - tearing - cut flex cable) can not be covered by the warranty.

** To resolve any malfunctions that occur when you change the battery on any device, Hard Reset must be preceded.

• Accessories

All accessories - chargers - cables - handsfree - converters - have a 6 month warranty *.

* The time warranty may vary for all branded products that are accompanied by a part number and adjusted according to the warranty provided by the manufacturer.

In all the above cases, the Proof of Purchase / Invoice of the product should be presented, otherwise no substitution can be made.
